Hi everyone,
This is my first post, but I've visited the site many times. I have a question that I'm hoping I can get answered.
I just bought a brand new Pebl U6 for my girlfriend off eBay. It came brand new in the box sealed. Everything works great, but the reception sucks. She couldn't get a signal with her new Pebl, but could pick up three bars with her old Razr.
All of the settings are the same from the Razr to the Pebl too. They're both quad-band phones and our carrier is Unicel. If I'm not mistaken they operate at 850/1900mhz in this area.
Any suggests? Is this a common problem with the Pebl?

This should not be an issue. Make sure it is set to auto detect the band(s). If you still have problems, it is possible that the antenna is damaged. If you bought it from a reliable seller, I would insist on an exchange.
