Razr 2 V9 Camera Issues

Ok so ive had my phone for about 3 months and since a couple of weeks ago the pictures when ever you take one look like grainy/ blurry kind of fake like does anybody know why or what i can do please and thanks.

Check your camera options - camera setup, set resolution to "large(2.0 MP), Quality to Best. See if that makes a difference, also make sure the lens is clean. Then email picture to your PC and see how they look.
If they still look crappy take your phone back to the store and exchange for a new one.

I know my did too and it is set all up like that and ive cleaned it multiple times but its not like dirty its got like a weird look to it and i can't i didnt get insurance on it
