Moto Razr V3c Software Update

I was wonderinf if there was a software update for the Razr V3c for alltel users like therte was for Verizon users. Under S/W Version in phone status, it shows GATW_04.0A.00R and I was wondering if that was the latest one. Anyone have any ideas? I'm asing because I can't get Telenav or Axcess Mobile Guide to control the GPS in this handset.
