Z6tv Battery Question

Hi,
I have a question about the Z6tv battery. I have read other reviews on the z6tv and people love the phone's battery life. I get if I am lucky 3 days with lite usage(20 mins a day). I have disabled Evdo and no difference. If I use the music player or camera I will be lucky to get 2.5 days. Does this sound normal. I have had the phone for 2 weeks and was wondering if I should return it before the 30 days are up. Thanks
