Plese help... My Treo 700p will not sync from cradle to computer. What is going on? I have it in snug... also, when I highlight the desktop hotsync, it does not allow me to click on to tell it to sync from Palm to Computer... why?

Your best bet maybe to contact Palm Support or do a search at support.palm.com. Maybe you have to close out the HotSync Manager (CTRL + ALT + DEL) and reload it again.

sometimes mine wont connect just keep unplugging it and hitting the button. fyi it should hit the second icon pretty fast. if it doesnt then it is not going to work.
