how do i upload games to my phone ?

hi, i have a C390 ( old i know but its a good phone 
) but i dont know how to upload games to it. i have worked out how to do everything else except this, could some one please help me, i would be very greatful

Well 1st of all download the p2k commander (most R in esnips.com)

Or if you want jar. games on your phone use MotoMidMan (search 4 It)
