Need to reinstall stock firmware..

Hello!

My T-mobile V3R is restarting itself, and while it is restarting, it is wiping the memory. So, all my phone book entries, pictures, everything... is erased. I am thinking it is firmware corruption. This phone has never seen water, and it's been in a plastic shell since I bought it.

I need to know if there is a way to get the Motorola Software Update program to reinstall the firmware, or if there is a reliable source I can download the firmware from.

My S/W is the R3443U2...17R. T-Mobile Stock version.

is the stock firmware. In that same download section are some unbranding monsterpacks you could use instead if you wish. Just MAKE SURE any software you install is for R3443U2, not R4515.
