Sharp 903 reboots

Hi, a couple of weeks ago my 903sh sometimes reboots itself..it is not very often...let's say 1 per week...I know this was +- a common problem, but I've searched and didn't find any help...
The phone came new from vodafone in november 2007,because the previous owner had this problems..the phone received a new module,and I think a new battery too.
it has the 1.20 eur firmware:
1.200
emp:U100 5.0
OW:7.0.2.1.d.1.117
APLIX:1.20
Any suggestions?In the other day it stopped vibrating but I restored it to defaults and all turned ok again.

Here's a thread for crashing 903's. Best solution would be to flash your phone.

but flashing to what firmware!?!?I think this is the latest...I mailed vodafone asking if they have a newer firmware..

Just flash it to the same version as your current one.

maybe someone could help me...
I e-mailed vodafone asking what was the latest firmware they have for 903...
They said 1.140 MR1, can anyone tell me if it is newer or better than my 1.200?
It is strange because all latest vodafone 903 sold here in portugal had 1.200..
Upgrade or not?
