I have TEP for sprint and have had my phone replaced before but recently my phone started ringing once and going straight to my email. I took it to the store and they said I have to replicate the problem in the store and they will replace it no questions asked but the problem is I am in a broadband area at the store so it always goes through. My phone always freezes and won't wake up resulting in a reset. They also said i have to bring it in frozen like that to get it replaced. So i have a weird question.. is there anyway i could get my phone to stop at the boot menu or something so they replace it since i can never replicate my problems in the store but they are always happening when im away from the store.

reflash that thing to something other than the garbage sprint rom, i sware provider roms are the worst programed peices of crap ever. they freeze constantly, are dead slow and so unreliable.

go to xda developers and flash to a super lite rom.
