Question about Animated Themes

Now that Ownskin has the animated theme creator, i have a question.
Does anybody know the exact dimensions of the image that remain stationary? The top and bottom parts? You know how only the middle part of the animated gif will have motion. If I knew that, then I could start editting my gifs to have borders instead of just looking all choppy
