Anyone know why i cant install games cause of security?

Ive tried putting a few games/demos on my phone and it works running the exe on my comp and it says check your device to see if extra steps are needed and i go to my screen its says installing (and the wheel spins) then it just stops and say this file isnt for my phone.
I know it a legit file (why would a company put up a fake demo?).
Oh btw im using WM6.

Have you unlocked the phone yet? Many (read most) app's are "not signed" because it costs developers a crapton to sign them. Until you unlock the phone, it will block unsigned app's, because they are "not secure."

Oh wow no i had no idea that my problem i guess.
How would i go about unlocking a Duo? Is this the same unlock that lets it run on other networks?

No, that's a SIM unlock. You need an application unlock.
Just Google SDA Application Unlock.
