Questions about the AT&T Tilt

I'm planning on ordering this phone tonight, but before I do I want to make sure this is the phone I really want. I've heard so many great things about the Tilt, but also a lot of drawbacks too. The main problems I've heard about is the lag in menus and the lack of a video driver.

I've also heard of some solutions to these problems, like upgrading the ROM and stuff like that. So, here's my questions...

1) Where can I find any downloads for upgrading the Tilt? Specifically stuff like whats shown in this video. Also, once I find these programs, how do I install them?

2) Is it actually possible to upgrade the ROM and make the Tilt faster? If so, where/how can I do this?

3) Is the Tilt really worth the $150 refurb? Is it too bulky, flimsy, or not comfortable to hold/use? (I've only seen this phone once in an AT&T store, but I didnt get to use it that much)

Thanks for your time! I might update this post with more questions as I think of them

1. http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ is where I've downloaded some of the stuff I've added to the tilt. I didn't want the video so I don't know if it's what you want, but it's a place to start. You can download it to the phone or the storage card and then go into file explorer and open the file, and it will either open the program or install it, depending on what it is.

2. I can't answer.

3. I purchased mine for $150 new from wirefly.com 2 weeks ago. It was worth it. I feel it is much more comfortable to hold than a flip phone when talking on the phone. Texting on the qwerty keyboard is a little awkward at first, but you get used it to quickly. Yes, the menus do lag a bit, but I don't mind. But I will start looking into things to make things go faster and to customize some more stuff.

@genie82: I'm looking around that site now..there's some pretty cool programs! Thanks for the link!

@cokeman73: I've actually looked at that site (its the site mentioned in the video in the first post), but I wasnt too sure where to start for help. The guy in the video said the mods there are strict and don't allow lots of questions or something like that..
