I have a tmobile 8320 and wanted to know if there is a voice enabled free gps program that I can download OTA? I tried TeleNav but it wont let me try the 30 day free trial with the 8320.

Try Nav4All (Nav4All.com)

This program requires you to have a GPS device attached to your phone.

@OP: Do you have a GPS adapter for your 8820? If not, you cannot use any GPS voice program, since it doesn't know where you are.

True but it does offer free audible turn by turn navigation. If the OP has a Bluetooth GPS puck it's a great program to use.

The 8820 has a built in GPS receiver, like all 88xx models. I had problems getting nav for all to recognize my internal receiver, but I think I got it working. I never use it though as I have a GPS in my vehicle, and a dedicated handheld GPS for hiking.

There is still an older version of mapquest navigator floating around. I used it on my 8700g and it worked much better than Nav4all. I have not tried to load it on my 8320 yet though.

Google Maps is nice, free, and does not need an external Bluetooth GPS receiver
