Customizing Sanyo S1

As some of you know, with my 6275i WSODing on me and then abruptly raising from the dead and getting stuck in the infinite boot/reboot loop, I got a Sanyo S1 as replacement.

With my 6275i, customization was as easy as cooking a skin, adding whatever ringtone I pleased in AAC format, and BAM, this sucker is customized.

The S1 lacks a microSD slot, forcing me to seek another way to customize it, because there's no way in hell I'm paying $3.50 for a low quality MP3 and $2.50 for a wallpaper.

Since the S1 has a microUSB port, I assume the USB cable will make a glorious return. One other thing -- software. Will Bitpim do the trick, or do I have to get another program?

Enlighten me.
