WM6 Gmail Imap send problems

i apologize if a solution to this has been posted, i can't seem to find one anywhere. i am using a blackjack 2 running wm6 with gmail set up as imap. it seems that i cannot reply to any messages while including the original message in the reply. furthermore, if the un-sendable message is sitting in the outbox, it blocks the sending of any additional messages. i am able to forward a message, send a new message, and reply without including the original message (box unchecked in send preferences). but if i try to reply with the original message included i get an error message saying unable to send.

update: i just tried it with another message and it worked.....now i'm confused.

I just started having the same problem. Realized a message I thought I sent days ago was sitting in the draft folder. Anyone with an answer to why this is happening? I can down load new messages and send new messages but not reply to messages.

I recently had the same problem only my outlook displayed an error on sending. I learned two things -

- "Clearing captcha" on gmail. Google it for the link, gmail sometimes blocks your account from sending when it suspects a spammer-like activity - too many diff. devices sending mail, for example...

- Ultimately what worked was cutting the quoted message in my reply - I learned there is a size limit on messages in pocket outlook. I deleted some of the message out my outgoing email and it went thru.

Try replying without including the message - either size or something else in that message spooks pocket outlook

ah thats probably it, the size limit. i find that some messages do go through fine when replying with the original included. anyone know what the size limit is or if maybe there is a reg entry we can change to get around it?
