So I debranded my phone originally with the r8 version and after finding out about the walkman bug, i redid the firmware with these.
W580_R6BC002_FS_C_ASIA_RED52.fbn
W580_R6BC002_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn
W580_CDA102568_7_R8A_GENERIC_C_ASIA

applied some vkp patches none which have anything to do with the fitness program and my phone runs fine except. If i go into the fitness menu either through organizer or through file manager i can only see my sports data and cant actually access it like originally with the ability to run, see how much i have walked etc etc. I found somewhere where someone said that part of the application is in the firmware while the program in the applications is java which makes sense in that it still works for me. anyways just wondering if anyone can give advice on how to fix it either with a reflash or what. I would also like to keep the r6 unless theres is r8 with no walkman bug.
thanks

I'll bet it's one of your many vkp patches that ruined it. Reflash, and check functionality with each vkp. If you have QA patch, that shouldn't be too hard.

okay ill try that and let you know...

didnt work, oh well ill just reflash the firmware and stay away from the vkp and hope that does it. thanks for the reply
