Okay, I'm [ well the lady ] looking for a PDA phone that has {Service provider AT&T}

1) 3G
2) 850 and 1900
3) Wifi
4) QWERTY

Phone's that have been tried:

1) E90
2) Dash
3) Tilt

She didn't like'em because the Dash was too slow... and had random reboots.. The E90 was rejected right off the bat because of size/weight and the Tilt for weight..

So, I'm wondering what's out there that isn't as big as the Tilt/E90... more along the lines of BJ II / Dash / Treo but still incorporates the above mentioned features ???

I wish the Samsung i780 was Quadband.. or the Treo 750 had WiFi.. but alas..

Please recommend!

Thanks!

if she liked the dash but found it too slow look at the htc s630 its the update to the dash , almost the same but faster cpu and newer windows mobile (assuming you didnt update the dash)

along with a couple nokia e series

I thought I had heard that a WiFi variant of the Moto Q9 might soon be available. The 3G iPhone is apparently near but its keyboard is really really annoying, plus if she wants WiFi I expect she wants it for something more useful than browsing.

Plus, if she likes the 750 (I too want to get it someday soon) then she could always use a WiFi enabled card in the memory slot...that would work. She could just slip it in when she wants to use it.

You best bet is the Cavalier, iMate 9502, Advantage, Hermes, and Glofish M800.

Yeah, the X1 is looking good...

Tried the iphone, hated it... I'll just leave it at that

The Glofish looks good... iMate 9502 reminds me of Sidekick, and if it's anything like the SD, it'll be too heavy for her.. but I'll def look into the Glofish!!

I'm also excited about the Nokia E-71.. but who knows when it'll hit the stores so..

I believe the devices that would fit your needs best and it very small with an excellent keyboard is the i-mate 8502. The 9502 is too bulky of a device, but the 8502 is very slim, light and has all of the sought-after features. I personally bought this device a week ago and am no longer dependant on the bulky slide out device (aka K-jam and Tytn II) and it has a great battery, where alot of other devices fall short in that category. It is great for one-hand navigation and is frankly the best device I have used to date.
