Looking for Windows Mobile 6 for ppc 6700

I am new to this and i checked out the forums and i couldn't find anything on this but i have a Audiovox PPC 6700 Utstarcom phone through ALLtel wireless and it has Windows Mobile 5.
I want to update it to Windows Mobile 6 but i couldn't find any threads on it.
I need some help with this!!!
