After I email a ringtone to my enV, I receive "attachment removed" message. Why?

I just got the LG enV VX9900 and I am trying to email ringtones as midis and mp3s from home to the enV. It worked once, but now for some odd reason it keeps removing the sound attachments from the message on my phone. When I open the new message it says "Attachment(s) ringtone.mid removed."
Anyone know why it's happening and how I can fix this?
