Razr V9M Emulator and Specifications

I am wondering if there are any emulators that would be compatible with the V9/M series of phones... as well, I am wondering if there are any specifications/documentation on them.
I am interested in writing my own operating system for the phone, but I would at LEAST need some developer documentation, an emulator would make it easier to debug but is not entirely necessary.
Is anyone aware of any such things?
