Just received my Tilt refurb today and love it except for 1 thing: I can't seem to get any sound whatsoever from the built in earpiece. Speakerphone and bluetooth work great but not the earpiece. Any thoughts?

I have the same problem, no sound from the normal ear speaker. The speaker phone works great but can't hear on a normal call.
They are sending me a new "refurbished" phone.
Anyone else with this problem???

try doing a hard rest if that doesnt work send it back
