AT&T Tilt Problem

Hi. I am having an issue with my tilt and I dont know if its something I did or just the phone. I got the phone about 8 hours ago and it has already restarted itself 3-4 times. The battery is fully charged. Everything else seems to be working fine. It just restarts itself. Does anyone know how to fix this?
