Computer not reading Katana LX

So, I just bought the new Katana LX and when I plug it into the computer with the USB cable, my computer searches for the driver and gets nothing, so my phone won't even get charged by the computer. Anyone have any luck with this?

Also, has anyone been able to add their own ringtones on a Katana LX? If so, how? I don't wanna pay for ringtones from Sprint that will expire after like three months...

Hey hi there seems to be some problem with this one.
I did some google and i came up with some yahoo answers.
Someone suggested some software or some sort but if anyone gets to solive it share it with me also pls..
