And the beauty is you can say "No, thanks." or you can reap the rewards of over time... 1/2 point for anything in excess of 5 minutes. A full point beyond 2 hours tardy. Let them stack up.

I'm in a call center - but we use Points system too.

1/4 pt for like 5mins, 1/2 I cant remember i ithkn its 30mins or 1hr, and a full point for over 2 hrs.

12 pts til you are auto-terminated (barring extreme exceptions), like rollover minutes pts drop off 1 yr after earning them.

Its not my manager that works from it. My manager hasn't a CLUE what my point total is until she gets a little note from the regional that says "Write so and so up". It's another department alltogether (in the call center at least) that manages your points.

Not the union, it's company wide. Has been in the call center for YEARS

I think it depends on each store/channel.

Im in a cor store and we can get written up for ONE minute late. Some places are stricter then others.

Kinda sucks. Actually... SUPER sucks !!!

Posted by: gespurr

One minute?? DoOd!

I have 4 minutes to be late before I get docked .25

Yeah. Our management team is on us for time.

Also, when we sell out a phone to a customer, we cant get it out of the stock room unless we present management with a uverse availability printout.

No uverse check no phone.
