Format of Multimedia on P905i

hey guys,
i was reading through Hencanz's P905i guide on hz. I'm a bit confused about which format the P905i really supports. Hencanz writes that for video it must be MP4/3GP....now in normal notation "Mp4/3GP" means Mp4 or 3GP. But it seems to meant "Mp4 to 3GP" and the same thing applies to ringtones and music files.
Can anyone confirm me which file type i need for ringtones..aac(.mp4) or .smf or .mld?
