Sanyo 7500 Need help transfering pics to computer

My screen broke last night. I need to transfer just the pics & videos to a pc. I searched the forum & found ppl connecting with Bitpim or Connection Manager. My biggest problem is I don't know if I need to go into a particular menu on my phone to activate the connection with the pc. Since my screen is broken, I don't know how I can get to that menu if need to. Could someone please help guide me & advise what program I should use.
