Which plan is required for full functionality of the tilt? I only need 450 minutes for voice. I would like to browse the internet, use the email capabilites but only need 250 txt msgs.

You don't need much, really, I would choose the $39.95/450 plan and add on $15 medianet online with a small text package. Hopefully some others will chime in. FWIW, I nearly always have access to wifi so I haven't yet pulled the trigger on the $15 3G data. Going to try out Gizmo and/or Skype Out when I travel to Europe next week though, besides using a local pre-paid SIM that is.

I have the 450 min voice and the PDA personal+200 message bundle (since I just use email mainly). Other then tethering, that covers all possibilities. When I asked about it (corp. store) they were quite adamant that they would not sell a MediaNet plan with a Tilt- it had to be a PDA plan or no-data. That was fine with me, plus I have my 15% FAN, so the price is reasonable to me - I use a lot of data, but little voice (relatively).
