w610i Turns off itself problem please help

I have this phone one week and a strange problem appeared. I'll try to explain it. The phone turns of itself at random time once a day. When i turn the phone on there are two modes that you can choose: normal and flight mode. When i choose normal mode it turns off again, but when i choose flight mode(mode that doesn't connect you to a network) it starts and works perfectly. I noticed that the phone turns off when i connect to the internet, call someone and receive a call. But that happens randomly, once a day. To enter the normal mode i have to put out and put back the battery. The model of my phone is Sony Ericsson w610i. If you experience this kind of problem, please share the solution with me.

No, I didn't bought the phone used. It's a brand new phone.

Probably best if you contacted the store that you bought the phone from and let them know of your situation. Pretty sure they'll let you exchange the phone as obviously this isn't normal operation.
