getting a palm treo 650 this weekend

Just use the search function and read peoples post. You can easily do all of that on the 650+ more. A little research will answer all your questions and more.

why do you want such a old phone ? just wondering there are alot of better phones out there then a 650

maybe its old but damn, I got it for a good price it l also look's brand new inside out for 50 dollars on graigslist, it was also in the original box with all paparwork etc. I was checking on howard what programs should I get but damn theres a bunch of softwares out there, dont know which one to get help help I done my research but now im more confused help people I want to play movies and mp3s thats all. I also bought a 2g sd card ready to rock an roll

I also have the 650 and use TCPMP to play movies (I use .avi format)...and it's free...and easy to install and you can have the program run off your sc card rather than the interal memory. Your 650 comes with Realplayer...try that first to play your mp3's and see how you like it...TCPMP also plays mp3...I use aeroplayer to play music...no problems...and I also have it running from my sd card instead of internal memory.

I am going to be honest with you. I have owned a Treo 600, 650 and the 680, and they were all garbage. The 680 gave me the most issues and the 650 the least amount of issues. Personally, I would avoid the Palm OS as much as possible.

hey guys thanks for your help know, I have a quick question I uploaded a music video format avi to the phone without using a sd card just to see how it looks and sounds the video is ok, but man the sounds sucks to mush distortion sound like if the speaker itself was pop or something I also bought a new speaker on ebay no look still what could be the problem thanks again

Try an SD card, and download PTunes.

ok just received my sd card through the mail I uploaded 1 mp3 also a music video avi format but still getting the same distortion also remember I replaced the speaker phone and just deleted volume care what could be the problem help
