Sprint Touch rom leak

Everyone I have no clue on how to modify my phone. I just got my replacement phone in (refurbished 
) but I want to flash the rom to the new one so I can use GPS and windows 6.1. Anyone have step by step instructions on how to do this so I don't brick my phone?
