Possible Free WAP on Samsung Blackjack, can someone help me confirm?

I posted this over in the Samsung topic but I think it might be more appropriate here.

So a friend told me that he was able to follow the Verizon + Razr V3c instructions to enable free WAP on his Razr V3 Maxx. So after doing a lot of searching I found that no one had really been able to do this, well someone posted that he did but didn't have any instructions. So I played around with the settings on my phone for a couple of hours and followed the instructions
here: Hack the Razr Guide
and here: Howard Forum Guide

Currently my Blackjack is using Windows Mobile 6 and under the connection settings there's GPRS and Proxy.

Under GPRS there's AT&T IMS and MEdia Net
Under Proxy there's AT&T WAP

Now the two GPRS Settings are both set to Connects to "The Internet" while the Proxy setting is set to Connects from "The Internet" to "WPA Network"

I changed these three so that they are in no way related to "The Internet" by setting the two GPRS Settings to Connects to "Work" and the AT&T WAP to Connects From "Secure WAP Network" to "WAP Network"

Now, under GPRS I then created a new setting and called it "freewap" and I set it up to connect to the WAP server from hacktherazr.com

Connects to: The Internet
Access point:
User name: (username from hacktherazr)
Password: (Password on hacktherazr)
Authentication Type: None
Primary DNS: 0.0.0.0
Secondary DNS: 0.0.0.0
IP address: 38.100.238.50 (this is the IP address of the hacktherazr WAP server wap.hacktherazr.com)

Now I guess what I want to confirm is, if my internet explorer is set to connect to "The Internet" will it use only my settings for freewap? Pages are managing to load for me so I know it's configured correctly and I'm pretty sure it's using "freewap" I can't check my account so I don't know if it's used minutes (like it's supposed to) or data. Anyone else wanna take a shot and see what happens?

No free data on AT&T.

Just pay for it or switch to T-Mobile which has data for $6
