I am going to be selling my iphone. However, I was wondering how I can delete all of my information in the phone?

Do I have to restore factory settings and then re-do the unlock, jailbreak, etc..?

Also, if I sell it to a t-mobile user, do I have to unlock the phone with their t-mobile SIM, or will it just work with t-mobile as soon as they put the SIM card in?

I think the best thing to do is do a restore through iTunes and then jailbreak it. Depending on who you're selling it to, he might not need to activate it.

Thats what I was wondering, the person I am selling the phone to has t-mobile. So when I restore it back to factory settings do I just jailbreak with my current SIM in, or do I have to have the guys SIM from t-mobile in?

He wants to look at the phone and pop his SIM in to make sure it will work!? So, after I jailbreak, can he just pop his sim in and show that its working?!

to delete all the info and the phone go to setting and general and to reset and erase all content you do not need the sim in it to unlock it

Ohhh.. got it where I erase all my info!

It is already unlocked and jailbroke, so it should be good to go for the buyer to pop in his SIM and check to see if it works through t-mobile?
