Do I have to restore factory settings and then re-do the unlock, jailbreak, etc..? Also, if I sell it to a t-mobile user, do I have to unlock the phone with their t-mobile SIM, or will it just work with t-mobile as soon as they put the SIM card in? |
go to setting and general and to reset and erase all content you do not need the sim in it to unlock it

It is already unlocked and jailbroke, so it should be good to go for the buyer to pop in his SIM and check to see if it works through t-mobile? |
