Help With Many Issues concerning RAZR 2!!!

I know there are many threads about the new Razr,however, none of them seem to help me with my problem. My problem is that I cannot connect my phone to p2k nor can I use Motorola Phone Tools to load ringtones that can be "applied" to my phone. I would REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE ASSISTANCE!

This is what I am having trouble with.

1)Motorola Phone Tools can recognize my phone and I can upload and download things from it. However, no other program recognizes my phone.

2)I am not sure about the drivers issue. I have downloaded:
a.Motorola Software Update
b.Windows 32 bit update for Motorola.

Both of these updates have left me with a "Windows Service 2 update Pack" that I cannot seem to complete.

Also I am having trouble with P2k as in I am unable to have phone recognized.

Please help me I have an usb cable that fits the razr 2 and I have checked the software update on the phone and I am "up-to date."

Thank you for any potential help. My brain feels fried.
