New VZW Curve Defect already?

I've had my Curve since 5/5, paid full retail price to get it early and 2 days ago the speaker went out?? I was trying to use speakerphone and thought I just wasn't connecting, but then when I turned the speaker off I could hear the people just fine. So I tested it out... music, alarms, even my ringers nothing comes out of the speaker.. Anyone else incurring VZW Curve defects? I want to ensure that its just this one before my 30 day WFG runs out and not that all of us who got the first batch aren't going to have phones that slipped through testing.

Mine didn't vibrate. I took it back and it was replaced.

Can't speak for all of them, but mine was made in Canada.
