PLEASE HELP: MotoQ is locked and goin crazy on me!

I have a motoQ from USCellular and its tripping out on me.

I have a simple lock code on it. It shows the unlock key and when I press unlock nothing happens. It I take the battery out and turn it on its goes to the A1B2C3 too many unlock attempts screen. **I CAN type a1b2c3 in! then it will go back to the normal screen and Im back to pressing the unlock key and nothing happening again.

Previous Symptoms:
1. Camera mode was showing a green grainy screen! @ 1:00 pm est
2. When texting the space bar would act like it was the delete key ( <- )and go back to the home screen page. @ 6:00 pm est

and it totally locked me out at 8:30 pm est

I can receive calls but as above states cant call, text, or access anything.

It hooks up to the PC at work and ActiveSyne works normally...

I need help fast. Its a work/personal cell phone and has some stuff on there thats private. (dont want a UScell rep diggin)

AND I cant loose my address book...

PLEASE HELP ME!!! I KNow there are some genius's on here so please take 2 minutes and help me out...

get a mobile virus scanner, sounds like you got a virus (I've seen several with a 30-day free trial) Also might try upgrading the firmware or outright reflashing the ROM, if you're upto it. Of course you can bakc up your data and try a factory-reset too, that's probably the second easiest option after the virus scanner.

How do I Download the virus scanner and it to run on the phone? How do I back up all the data and then how do I do a reset?
