You can change the fonts and layouts.. I've not personally done that, but I've seen some 790's that have had that done.

yeah i knew about that one, doesn't really interest me much. i'm fine with the stock font and layout.

Did you see the pics of the polished k800? Some guy in the UK (I think) polished the aluminum of the front part of the housing. It looked pretty sweet.
Other than that, and the font/layout, drivers, and k810a mod - I don't know what can be done.
