Same version of back-up, unfortunately, and it still hangs every single time. It hangs on a different file each time. When are they going to get it right?? This time on WORDWRIT.r10. Sometimes I want to throw this phone thru the window!

This time it stopped on "World of Conectivity.mp4" Where's that window? Haven't been able to back up in 7 weeks. I don't think I would trust a backup to restore properly. So why do I try to back up? I don't know. Its the PRINCIPLE!
