A few questions about the Tilt

I've had my Tilt for about 2 weeks now, and I'm still trying to figure out a few more things before I can be completely satisfied. Here's my questions:

1) Is there any way to use Flash on the internet with IE or Opera? I'm currently using Opera Mini, which is SOOO much faster. I downloaded something a version of Flash for Windows Mobile from Adobe, but I don't get why webpages won't display Flash on either IE or Opera.

2) If I try to download Java files straight to my phone, it never works. It just stays at the download page for a few minutes and then says it can't find the file.

3) Is there any free multi-lingual dictionaries for the Tilt? I want to get an English-Italian dictionary, but the only ones I could find on Google you had to pay for. (A good one that I found was something called Beiks, but it's like $20)

Can anyone help me with any of these?
