For the plan you have I'd go with the Q. I think you'd get more out of what you pay a month with it versus the Rumor. You have unlimited data and the rumor doesn't even support EVDO.
IMO I'd go with the Q.

Definitely the Q! With your unlimited EVDO on Sero you need a smartphone or a phone with support for EVDO which would be the Q..
the Rumor is mainly for texting not heavy data usage, it only supports vision which is not EVDO and the Q supports power vision which is EVDO so you definitely need the Q
I have the first Q and its a great phone! really liked it
