Hey Guys,

I got my XV6800 yesterday and am very pleased with it to say the least. However, the volume on the earpiece isn't acceptable, so I followed the instructions provided at this link...

However, I ran into a major problem. I cannot rename, delete or even copy the AudioPara file and other files as well. I'm getting messages such as "Access Denied" and such. I figure it is the atributes that make them "Read Only" and "Hidden", but for the life of me I can't figure out how to change it and get past this hump.

Any help you could provide would be much appreciated,
