New "Vista" laptop won't read Tilt CD

Just bought a new laptop with Windows Vista. Put the install cd in that came with my Tilt but the disk drive won't read it. It will read other cd's I've put in but not this one. No scratches. Had it installed on my old "XP" laptop. Any I deas?
NEVERMIND! Windows Mobile Device Center. Nuff Said.
