Ok so i have concurred SPRNT is the scum of the earth

terrible service, txts hardly go out
the phone itself isn't that bad, except for the battery life.

I don't know how or where to make/get ringtones for the phone,
can some one please help me?

i have a muziq. love it! no issues with txts or service. batt life is great. i watched tv for an hour today, and was on the net for about 30 mins and had about 20 mins of phone calls, plus like 50 txts. still alive and kickin!

for ringtones. go to myxertones.com
but make sure you get the powervision pack first so you dont get hit with casual data usage

Im not sure what your doing wrong to your phone that are preventing your messaging from working correctly, but its usually user error. So quit complaining about Sprint and perhaps learn how to use your phone..
