I searched on google and found 2 different responses.

one guy said he asked att tech support and they said it would work in the duo.
another guy said he had a 4gb microsdhc and it wouldn't detect it with the duo.

has anybody else tried it? do you know if there's an update or something that would allow it to work?

or should I just buy a 2gb one to be safe.

I'll let you know in a couple of days. I ordered a 4 gig one from buy.com for $12.95.

I've used 4GB uSD with multiple WM6 phones... no issues.
Yep - am a happy buy.com customer as well

Don't see any reason why it would NOT work with the Pantech Duo.

Nice! I got a little nervous when I read that it may not be recognized.

This is the card i got:

My Dell Inspiron 6000 doesn't recognize it (the card with the Micro SD adapter) because apparently it doesn't read Micro SDHC.

Fine.

As for the DUO, even though it says Micro SD on the phone, it doesn't take the Micro SD adapter size pictured above. It only takes the Micro SDHC. Anyway, the phone recognizes it: on the top of the home screen, it now reads SD. But I haven't figured out a way to save to it.
