ATT tilt on cincinnati bell

Anyone useing the att tilt in cincinnati bell. I have not been able to configure the unit to get on the internet via cincinnati bells service. O did it with my old Ipaq6515.

I have a Cingular 3125 -- Also running Windows Mobile 5 (i upgraded it to 6) but posted all necessary settings for CBW here:
