I'm constantly on the web, and I'm looking for my first web enabled cell phone. I'm looking for as many web-type features as possible.

I'd also like a camera/video if that's possible?

i also don't want to spend an arm and a leg.

thanks for any help guys

you would want a smartphone or ppc
windows mobile, blackberry, or palm os
i dont recommend palm if you like to customize and take a lot of time with your phone... its more for people who just want a smartphone that does what they want without doing anything to the phone
i use windows mobile because i like adding apps that do different things and what not
but for full internet you definitely need a smartphone or PPC your best bet would be a PPC because of the touch screen so its easier to browse... smartphones work perfectly though, i have a smartphone and i love mine

Verizon Samsung i760.. Not only does it utilize a full touch screen with buttons optional but it has great battery life (unlike the moto Q9c) Not to mention is is backed by the fastest internet and best coverage (unlike sprint). If you are going to be using the internet frequently you need a touch screen, it makes it easier to navigate! also you will want a phone with javascrpit so you can watch videos etc... the phone has every option available right now Including WIFI, so you can get free unlimitied internet (unlike the Q) *Stay away from sprint*

Wirelessly posted (Opera/9.50 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/4.1.11355/524; U; en))

i dont mind surfing without a touch screen! i actually think its not that hard! the zoom on wm6.1 is fantastic and it is so on opera mini too.. helps a lot.... ummm i know the verizon version of the mogul(6800) has a touch screen obviously.. the htc touch is good! but no physical keyboard makes it a little difficult so use id you text or reply like to these forums (im using my moto Q9c to reply right now..)
the voyager has a touch screen.. the glyde has one but definitely do not get that for web browsing! its a textong phone... and that about it..
but just search on the verizon website for touch screen phones

Maybe a Nokia N95 is good for browsing
It has a lot of functions.
And if you also use Opera Mini you could browse perfect!

First what service provider do you use? This will help determine which phones work for you.

i use at&t
with the announcment of iphones release, it seems most people are recommending that for me....

i'm not totally convinced, but i haven't seen anything else at the $200 mark that rivals it....

You could get a Blackberry Curve (AT&T or Verizon) or Moto Q9 Global (AT&T) for less than $200 with a two year contract. Both have excellent email capabilities. Let'stalk.com has some very reasonable offers, with lower prices than the carrier websites:
