No WiFi on Dash or MDA

I can't seem to get either one to acquire a net address on my home wifi net. Tried with and without WAP set, DHCP is on, and don't have any problems with three other computers on the network. Tried two different routers on two different occasions (one b, one b/g) with similar results. I'm assuming there is something basic in the setup that is on a screen I haven't accessed.
Help!!!

Is your WiFi network secure?
If so, did you configure you MDA or DASH with the proper security parameters (WEP, WPA, WPA2, etc.)
I have a DASH and a MDA which work fine on my WiFi network. The DASH uses WPA2 while the MDA uses WPA encryption. Both acquire their IP addresses via DHCP.
Router --> Did you set your router to provide DHCP only to specific MAC addresses? (This is how I have my router set-up. This way, in addition to WPA2/WPA encryption, only specific MAC addresses are permitted. So the DHCP process reassigns the same IP address to each device).
Just brianstorming ;-)

Yep - that's all been gone over with a fine-toothed comb which is why I posted here hoping for some insight. I was able get the Dash to connect to my 2wire b/g router using WEP in the last couple of days (not one of the routers mentioned in my original post) however so I'm still stumped as to why the Cisco won't connect with no encryption. I had thought that maybe the Dash wouldn't connect to an 802.11b only router but the specs say it's b/g so that idea was a wash. The SSID on the Cisco is hidden and although I can get the Dash to recognize it, it still won't connect.

I have had the same issues when my HTC P3600i when it was WM5 and my linksys router which was encrypted. When I upgraded to WM6, it was able to recognize my WiFi. Though if Flashfox was able to get his to work, then maybe it's not an OS issue.

- Again, are you sure that your routers are not tied to MAC addresses?
- Did you check your router's logs to see if they can help you out? (ex.: if the router is looking for a MAC address, then the log would see the DASH and state that it was rejected or blocked if the MAC did not match)
- Are you sure that your router was not confirured to limit the number of IP addresses it allocates? (ex.: if it's limited to say 192.168.100-105, then the 6th device would be rejected if DHCP was set that way).
Since my last post, I updated my DASH's OS to WM 6.1, which effectively "debranded" it (now the original HTC S620) and tested it with my D-Link DGL-4300 and a Linksys router here at home without any problem. My DASH (S-620) and MDA both worked fine with the D-Link using WPA or WEP. Since the OS change, the old DASH still works fine.
As an FYI, I just returned from a business trip which brought me to France (Paris), Iceland (Reykjavík) and Canada (Winnipeg). At all three locations, I used my S-620 (DASH) on unsecured WiFi (hotels).

None of the above are relevant - no MAC filtering or allocation range limits in place. Thanks anyway FF but it's become a non-issue since I began using the 2Wire router.
I haven't updated to 6.1 yet either...didn't even know it was out
