treo 750 24 hour clock issue

I have the treo 750 and my clock is set to the 24hr-clock(military time) instead of the regular 12hr-clock. I don't know what I did to make it go 24hr, but i did and now i cannot get it to go back. ANy suggestions would be great. I only want to do a hard reset as a last resort. THX

Go to Start, Settings, System tab, Regional Settings. Make sure "English (United States)" is the one selected and press the OK button. If this doesn't work, on that same dialog panel, tap on the Time tab, make sure the format selected is "h:mm:ss tt"
