It's rumored to be £269 sim free for 8GB... Guess sim free for 16GB will be about £329.

Pay as you go = unlocked any sim card? OR

Pay as yougo = only o2 simcard and locked?

Normally o2 phones are sim free so are unlocked to work on any network. I doubt this case with 3G iPhone though.

The 3G iPhone may work with those X-Sim/Turbo-Sim where you place a paper thin circuit board under your sim card. It works with the original iPhone...
