Just got an iPhone from Craigslist, but I have a problem...

Anyway, the actual phone is in excellent condition, but I really need to get rid of the smell if I want to use it. Any suggestions? I tried rubbing alcohol, but it's still there! Thanks for helping me in this wacky dilemma.
