I just got my ATT refurb, and I can't get the SIM tray open.
Not sure if I am doing it wrong, on not pushing hard enough
any ideas?

push the paperclip in you will feel the tray go down a fraction of an inch and then something inside release and Bob's your uncle you'll have your SIM card out.
